1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered bn777 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent ban.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful and accurate information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. bn777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.

4.1 KYC Verification

4.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that your Account information remains accurate and current. Changes to your registered details must be submitted to bn777 customer support with supporting documentation. Providing false information at any stage of the registration or KYC process constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bn777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

bn777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bn777 support immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bn777 customer support immediately and change your password. bn777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

6 Deposits

All deposits to a bn777 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is held in a name other than the registered Account holder — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

General betting rules that apply across all bn777 products include:

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

In no event shall bn777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bn777 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gaming

bn777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and can be accessed through the Account Settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.

14 Suspension & Termination

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.

• Operation of a duplicate Account.
• Underage gambling or provision of false date-of-birth information.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring such action.

Where an Account is closed by bn777 for breach of these Terms, any Balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a Terms violation may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits not subject to any dispute will be returned via the original payment method following satisfactory verification.

15 Governing Law

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
